"Do what you LOVE and love what you do" and "Work Hard, PLAY Hard" have been two mottos I have always tried to live by. And today, I get the opportunity to do both of these to my fullest potential! It has always been my dream to inspire the world to fitness and wellness full time and that journey begins NOW! I'm sure it will be a CRAZY ride and I might be doing more working than playing initially, but I can't be more excited, happy and FREE to pursue my PASSION. And the great thing about doing what you love is that it doesn't feel like work at all. Waking up at 3 am because I am so excited and have so many ideas and ways that I want to inspire the teenagers that I work with, the adults, teams, individuals, both locally and all over the country. From clients in Ohio to Washington, I can now devote ALL my time and energy into helping, educating, motivating, guiding, leading and inspiring people to be the best versions of themselves. And it's not all just through exercise....That's why I use the term Qlife, and believe in it wholeheartedly!

Being fit doesn't mean you are healthy... Being financially successful doesn't mean you are rich and truly fulfilled... And being the most popular kid at school doesn't mean this child is happy when deep down he/she has so much pressure they think about suicide or escaping with drugs and alcohol daily. What we see on the outside often is a mask. Everyone has a story to tell... And many of those stories are filled with pain and disappointment, but that doesn't mean we all can't learn how to understand, work through and manage to become our TRUE authentic selves. In today's fast paced world where everything is expected yesterday and social media and technology are all about immediate self gratification, it becomes increasingly more difficult to find any kind of balance in life. Work, life, balance for single parents like me, sports that are a year round events and more competitive every day. Forty-hour work week... Who does that? This simply means that WE MUST make a conscious effort daily to genuinely care for ourselves. Eat right, get rest, exercise, mentally challenge ourselves, plan, think positively, be kind to others, believe, show gratitude and most of all... LOVE ourselves. I am so overwhelmed with the sense of FREEDOM and Gratitude that I cannot help but want to share it all! This is my passion and my calling and anyone who wants to join the CRAZY Qlife TRAIN. Hop on with me... It won't be perfect and it will be evolving but I promise you it will be WORTH it!
