Service Description

This customized meal plan is a detailed 7 day breakfast, lunch and dinner... plus snacks menu. The meal plan includes three 30-45 min consultations. The first, to discuss your specific goals, food preferences, dietary restrictions and allergies. Then once the meal plan is complete, it will be emailed to you and we will go over it. Then one follow up session will take place once the plan has been followed for the week. Gluten Free, Paleo, Vegan and Traditional foods all available.
